Danish Debt Collection Industry Association

The association was founded in 1992 with the purpose of promoting a healthy development of debt collection practices in Denmark.

The association closely monitors legislative work and decisions made by public authorities, provides opinions, and collaborates with public entities to advance the interests of its members.

The association contributes to ensuring that parties involved in a debt collection process receive proper handling by member companies, in accordance with current legislation, and also works towards the establishment of an appeals board.
